Dear Buckeye Valley North Community,

Thank you so much for the warm greeting my family and I have received in your community.  To those of you who are also new to North, WELCOME!  We have a wonderful, caring community and staff, and look forward to working together with you.

I firmly believe it takes a community to raise a child.  Academically, that means your involvement in your child’s education is extremely important.  Please keep this in mind as the year progresses.  Please contact your child’s teacher or myself for ideas of how you can become more involved.  Working together, our students will continue to succeed.

I am very proud of this the third year that North has obtained a rating of Excellent based on the Ohio Achievement Test.  This is the highest rating possible.  To sustain this requires hard work on the part of the entire North community.  So CONGRATULATIONS!  And to the students, let’s keep working hard and learning!
